  Staff are rude, have slim to no knowledge of games and could care less to answer questions you may have. Couldn't be bothered to try to help you. "I just work here" was an actual response when I asked a few questions about preordering a console and was getting nothing but snooty responses from the start to all my questions. If I could give zero stars I would.

  Staff are rude, impatient, lazy and incompetent. Bought a game for xbox and the season pass with it too. They gave me the code for the season pass for playstation. On top of that they did not give me back my platinum edge card. When I went back they first said they gave me my money back to my credit card, which I checked afterwards they definitely did not. Then they charged me 25.02 and give me a red edge card with 25 dollars back explaining to me that this was the only way to refund me. They made it seem like I'm the trouble maker. Somehow it is my fault that they gave me the code for the wrong platform and by asking them to correct it somehow I'm the bad guy here. Will never go back again.

  Ok service, horrible trade system. I bought $95 worth of games a couple months back and today i wanted to trade them for the new nhl. They offered $15 for barely used games that they were currently selling for a total of $80. Never trading games here again if you want to get rid of used games go to kijiji you will get much more for them.

  Called in, had a question regarding inventory, answer received from the rep at the store was "yes, I can tell you we have them in stock. No I cant tell you how many but I can tell you that I can count how many I have in stock on one hand but wouldn't be able to use two hands". I asked for a specific number (3) and his response is I don't know. Guess Ill have to go to another store because that's the worst response Ive had at any store Ive ever dealt with. Never shopping here
